The winery concentrates
on six varieties, specialising each year in better understanding
of the site, the climate and detail to produce excellent
fruit driven memorable wines.

Winemaker Hamish Jardine has been managing the Crab
Farm vineyard since 1984, and regularly visits the Northern
Hemisphere for vintages in France.
Hamish considers the skills mastered from 25 years
of viticulture and wine making in both Southern and
Northern hemispheres, has enabled him to keep abreast
of new techniques and combine the best of both worlds.
